Ring Joint Gaskets We are engaged in supplying high quality Ring Joint Gaskets. These are primarily used by the oil, gas, petrochemical and offshore industries; they are also commonly used on valve, pipe work assemblies and with some integrity vessel joints. Ring joint gaskets are specifically designed accurately to form a metal to metal seal with the flanges, primarily used to seal flanged connections subject to high pressures and temperatures. The cross-sections are designed to concentrate the bolt load over a small area to produce a high seating stress; gasket metal should always be softer than the mating flanges. To create a seal, high seating stressed has to be formed. The seal of the RX' and 'BX' gaskets are pressure activated by sealed media, which is mainly responsible for the improved efficiency of the seal as the internal pressure of the system increases.

- 'R' series Ring Type Joints can contain pressure up to 10,000 PSI.
- 'RX' and 'BX' series Ring Type Joints can contain pressure up to 20,000 PSI.
- The gasket and flanges must be manufactured to precision dimensions, surface and hardness.
